Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed before 2pm EST ship the same day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse in Sunrise, FL.

Free Shipping
All orders over $49 qualify for free standard shipping. Brotherhood Subscription members always receive free shipping on every delivery, regardless of order size.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not yet available but is coming soon. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track your order anytime at firebullcharcoal.com/track-order. If you haven't received a tracking email within 2 business days of ordering, please contact us.
Delays & Issues
Firebull is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or circumstances outside our control. If your package is significantly delayed or lost, contact us at info@firebullcharcoal.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
